IMPORTANT NOTICE! Our Netco™ web site has undergone substantial changes for Québec incorporations, based on the modifications that the REQ has brought on their own systems. Please view this little video for further explanation.

You can do online transactions with Marque d'or for most of your corporate law needs. If you have an account with us at Marque d'or but are not yet registered as a Netco™ user, you do not yet have a login and password and so will not be able to use the system. The system is available by clicking on the green button labeled "ORDER NOW" that you see on the left-hand side of this page. To register yourself, please contact our client services department:

Becoming a registered Netco™ user is free and most of the services offered through this web system are less expensive than our regular services.

Once a registered user, you can then proceed with your secured online transactions at the moment of your choosing. It should be noted however that Marque d'or handles the orders during its business hours. The Netco™ system offers many advantages, is user friendly and was designed to substantially facilitate online data entry. It is remarkably fast and adapts itself to your needs and templates. ONTARIO!!

Netco™ allows you to proceed with Ontario incorporations! The specifics of this particular type of incorporation are taken into consideration in our system: Ontario forms, details pertaining to business/identification names, initial returns, complete or partial organizational proceedings.

Annexes of recognized professionals

If applicable, Netco™ allows you to indicate, in your electronically submitted request, your wish that the corporation/company be incorporated with the annexes/bylaws of any profession that has been given the legal permission to incorporate itself.

Copy of REQ

It is possible to copy the data obtained on the REQ on the screens used to prepare your on-line incorporation, Notax™ and declarations. This automatic data entry of the REQ on the Netco™ screens reduces the risks of error, eliminates discrepancies between the government data and the data in your file and substantially reduces the time for data entry.

Declarations

• The new Amending declaration service is available online on the enterprise registrar's website as well as on the Netco™. Preparing this type of declaration is now easier and faster.

You select the modifications according to a logical grouping;
You copy the data from the REQ on your screen;
You enter the new data for the amendment
You print the amending declaration on your printer or on ours;
Netco™ may then collect, file and follow up with the Registrar.
If, at any time in the year, the information about an enterprise is no longer current in the enterprise register, the enterprise must update the information by filing an amending declaration within 15 days after the change.
Any enterprise that is eligible to file the information return (déclaration de renseignements) and the Québec income tax return together can use the new online service to fulfill this obligation.
This service is at $22.

The other declarations, being the annual declarations and partnership declarations, may be completed the same way by copying the data from the REQ and printing the declarations on your printers or on ours, with filing or follow up service with the Registrar.

•Filing of Annual declarations

This service is intended for individuals who operate a sole proprietorship and most legal persons (corporations).
The enterprise must be registered at the REQ and its annual declaration must be combined with the Québec income tax return.
The company must file an information return each year, whether or not there are changes to the file. This service allows it to produce online.

Required information:
- You must know the following information :
  - – Business number of the enterprise (NEQ) ;
  - – The 5-digit access code given by Revenu Québec to go online. It appears on the explicative letter joined to the document: Information statement – Enterprise registrar.
The information concerning the company and currently listed in the register will be updated using the information provided in this service.
If you have submitted changes to the REQ during the year and you see that they are not found in the statement of information online, you must enter the changes in each of the sections.
Whether or not you have changes to file at the registry, you must pay the annual registration fee. You must pay this fee at the time of filing your income tax return.
If you notice, after transmitting the data, that you have made mistakes, if you need help completing the declaration or if you have lost your access code, please call Marque d'or at 1-800-668-0668!
Marque d'or has a universal access code that enables it to file this information for all registrants.
This service is $22.

Mistakes are permitted

Netco™ allows mistakes. When you realize that you made a mistake before submitting your data to Netco™ , you can modify your data without entering it all over again. If you transmit data to us and this data includes a technical error that may lead to the refusal of registration, we notify you by email or by phone.

Share certificates

You can now print your share certificates on your printers from Netco™ , without charge.

To do this, you enter the data on the Netco™ screen and you print the new Netco™ blank certificates on your printers. Blank Netco™ certificates are available in 12 colors without text or windows with seal imprimatur (left or right) or without imprimatur. You can also choose the previous text of our certificates (J model) or the new text (k model). The new text is adapted for Regulation 45-106 and includes a summary of the rights pertaining to shares.

Many clients already order their books, by-laws and seals on-line. As of February 2007, you may order all your books and legal accessories with ease.

Shipping fees

Starting this September 2nd, we will add shipping fees to a limited number of our products. However, article pickups as well as the delivery of articles, certified copies, attestations and certificates of good standing, compliance and products included within a family of service such as a minute book included with the purchase of a pre-incorporated company (Preco™), a minute book included with the purchase of an incorporation via the Comstat™ will remain completely free of shipping charges throughout all of Québec.

Here is a summary of the new fees which may no apply to certain products:
